Can you think of a new way to view blood pressure....

Rather than getting all nervous every time the dang cuff goes on my arm?
(Fear of it being high, causes my heart to race and get a high reading)
I actually am avoiding going to the doctors due to it. Ughh.

Is there any way you can get one to monitor at home? I had too and my blood pressure is fine.

@iamonfire696 It is just the actual act of taking it ..even At home it goes high because of the root fear of shame...that if it IS high i should have prevented it. Its from severe trauma years ago. 😟
