Can you think of a new way to view blood pressure....

Rather than getting all nervous every time the dang cuff goes on my arm?
(Fear of it being high, causes my heart to race and get a high reading)
I actually am avoiding going to the doctors due to it. Ughh.

Same happens to me always high when i am in the office. I usually bring my own and the dr looks at the history and can see that i have white coat syndrome

@MissingLink Unfortunately it still is high at home. I need a new way to view it..one without shame about IF it were to be high. Thats why my heart races as soon as the cuff goes on..
