If there's no sign of damage on ct scan then what you're experiencing is probably delayed shock.
It's a combination of physical shock; emotional upset and survivor guilt which your mind and psyche are trying to process and recover from.

@Picklebobble2 I mean no, CT scans can’t detect most concussions, only like scull fractures and major bleeds. My mental health has been fine and I’m not guilty I survived lol, and all my symptoms are consistent with a concussion (like the recent ringing in my ears).
