This could be TMI for some...

3rd period i do not feel that excruciating pain.since my surgery i had this awful pain on the side my ovary was removed in the begining of my periods.felt so bsd i wanted to jump out of the window.meds, oils, warm water bottles. Nothing helped.(i managed to burn my stomach with the waterbottle....my pain was so bad i did not feel that i burned myself)
I've seen some people going through very similar surgeries i had.
My advice is to take it easy,be patient with your body💕

Yikes is it because the surgical wound is healing? Maybe they gave you pain meds which are not strong enough. I don't think paracetamol for menstrual cramps are gonna cut it here.
