@MochaWhiteAlien Same.. I haven't been in about that as well. I keep my teeth clean and brush/floss. I think I am probably getting a cavity so I need to go soon. I feel pain here and there sometimes in an upper tooth. Do you get anxiety with dentists? I haven't been b/c I get jaw pain ..TMJ, and it is hard to keep my mouth open for extended periods - I have had anxiety about that.

Once a day? It must be once a day in the morning first thing when you get up?
So, you go to bed without brushing your teeth.
What kind of diet? Are you particular about what you eat? Do you chomp on chocolates, sweets, pastries, and other good stuff?
