There are only two genders (aka human 'sexes') - male and female. Born male - you're male. Born female - you're female. You can 'identify' as anything you like (even a 'furry' or a 'clown') but that doesn't alter the person's core from-conception gender (aka human 'sex').

@zonavar68 I will say, biologically, that is not always true. Sure, most transgendered people do not fall into that category, but yes some people are born with atypical gender.
