Is grounding good

What do you think of grounding or walking barefoot good for you and your feet

I went over a phase of doing grounding and bare feet all the time to places, but is too difficult I think to do in living in a city and is too cold as well in this wintertime! And also, so many strange looks for people to look at my feet!

@MadraLaska I used to go barefoot in Krakow when I was there on business and had a free weekend. Some young men stopped me in the street to ask how it felt. And a guy serving me in a café said he had tried it for a month but found the cobbles in the square too difficult. I told him he should have persevered and that they weren't a problem for me.
