What do you think of grounding or walking barefoot good for you and your feet
It all depends on whereyou are walking barefoot. If you are in water you could cut your feet on glass, rocks, sheels, or sticks. If you are in certain parts of the world you could get hookworms, like 740 million other people. Our ancestors were smart enough to create shoes to prevent such things.
