What are you doing to keep your mind and body in good shape?

Keeping up with my wife’s conversations keeps my mind in good shape.

For the body, I work out fairly hard every day. Usually I’ll do the elliptical for 45 minutes to an hour keeping the heartbeat above 140. Yesterday, I also had a 2 hour martial arts private lesson - Kali (stick and knife fighting).
