Blood aftet wiping
So when i wiped after going to the toilet there was blood on the paper

Few things could be the issue.
Yes you may have a rectal bleed but usually you will see lots of blood when you have a bowel movement or dark and tarry stools
Could be you are a bit aggressive with that toilet paper and made a minor cut or abrasion down there
You cold have hemorrhoids from pushing too hard or staying too long on that toilet surfing SW
