ever tried sleeping pills or melatonin ?

If you have, do you recommend yes or no

25 mg if Trazodone calms my brain enough so I can fall asleep. I don’t really consider it a sleeping pill though. It doesn’t make me sleep.

@Pinkstarburst it comes and goes I guess. I'm feeling well right now since it's a healthy-ish sleep week
