I spilled drops of boiled water on me stomach a week ago or so

I never put any cold on it cause it was such tiny drops. But a few days after and it started stinging from inside on the same spot.

And now a week later or so it still stings. There's no wound or rach. The skin looks fine. But it keeps stinging. I have used a cold gel on the since three days back which seem to help a bit. But it only numbs the pain a few hours.

Should I just wait this out or do I need something else? My boyfriend thinks the skin is still boiling from the accident. But I don't know if it can last for several days.
This might sound funny but get some Anbesol and put on it to help kill the pain and also honey is very very good for burns.

Id say treat it like a wound. If it is actually a first or second degree burn theres not alot you can do but let it heal. If its alrewdy passed the point of icing it just keep it covered comfortably until it gets some healing in

If it did internal damage then it can last until you address it.
