Would you pull all your teeth out just because you didn't like your smile?

My friends sister had all her teeth pulled just because she thought it might look better with dentures. Before she did it, I told her she had good teeth. I gave suggestions, like maybe the dentist could just fill in a gap she had on the upper part. She seemed excited, but I told her there's no going back after you do it. Well, now that she did it, she regrets it and said she hates every single thing about it now. I wish she hadn't have done it

Are you sure she got all her teeth pulled out or she got veneers? Because no sane doctor would do that without a valid reason, at least not where I live.

@deadteddy

They do and that’s what I can’t understand either.
@deadteddy Same where I’m at. When my teeth kept breaking, I asked the dentists to pull my teeth and replace them all. He said no, because they “try to save as many teeth as possible.”

I’m glad he said no, this person I know her face changed, she looks really old now and can’t eat well.
@Fairydust That’s awful. ☹️

Yeah I couldn’t understand why she did it. 😞

@deadteddy yes, every one of them. She said she wasn't told an option of maybe getting a partial. I was wondering why she didn't think of that herself first. Her teeth weren't even all that bad
