has anyone here had the flu jab

i got the flu jab yesterday, i was dithering about it but the nurse talked me into it.....have you had the flu shot, is it safe?

i havent had one in yrs, the last time i had it my arm swelled up for wks, since i never get it anyways i figure why put myself thru that
