Well, just been for my diabetic review and my levels are still within normal range, meaning I am ( still) no longer diabetic and ive sustained that for 6 months. Well done me!! So.....i've just ate this for lunch!! Lol

@NewRaven i didnt find it too difficult....but you really have to change yr mindset and ve determined. But....if it were that easy for everyone, there would be a lot less people suffering horrid condiditiond brought on by diabetes.

I've binged some sugar too (Type 2 Diabetic). My A1c is good. Once in a while is ok.
