My treat to me!!

Well, just been for my diabetic review and my levels are still within normal range, meaning I am ( still) no longer diabetic and ive sustained that for 6 months.

Well done me!!
So.....i've just ate this for lunch!! Lol

Mine are down, too, but my A1C is still above normal. I checked my sugar this morning and it was higher than usual, for me. Darn!
