That's a good question. Obviously, there are times when I think to myself, "life is good," but they are not close together or often enough. I need to get better at that. There are lots of good things in my life, and I am grateful. I think we all get a little too lost in our heads.

A bit of gratitude journaling first thing can really help, I find.

I've for most of my life, felt life is good... sure there have been moments when it wasn't, but overall, I tend to do the little things that make it good for me. And I never forget to stop and smell the roses.

I'm going through a changing process. I don't know exactly the perfect answer.

However I try to stay positive and not to think Negative much as possible. I'm not there yet while still going through Depression. There are times I get really Frustrated but I just don't give up. Time will come for the better while improving our lives.

It's not as worse depression what I went through years ago. I am Happy about that.

I have not felt like “ah, life is good” probably since 2019. But only praying (God) brings meaning to my life/days nova days
I have a to do list every day and I feel better when I know I’ve accomplished everything on my list
