Has anyone had success with treating SIBO? (Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)

Pretty sure I have SIBO from excessive candida (yeast) growing in my body. I have all the symptoms. It’s causing a lot of issues in my life. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday to see what is going on. Has anyone had success with treating candida and SIBO? What did you do? Did you take antibiotics or use herbal remedies? And how long did it take before you noticed any difference?

Please be careful. There are a lot of practitioners who are willing to take a lot of money from you to deal with this. Also there's several Laboratories that perform non-clinical level tests that are often used to justify expensive therapy.
@samueltyler2 thank you for your advice I’ll keep it in mind

@DisarrayedNightshade you are welcome. I am a retired physical contractor and. The later part of my career i practiced clinical toxicology and spent a lot of time debunking some of these diagnoses and treatments. Your symptoms are a interesting, but I would need to spend time with you, in RL, taking a thorough history and doing a good physical examination to see if i could come up with a definitive diagnosis. You do sound like a woman i treated many years ago. i
@samueltyler2 do you mind if I DM you so we can discuss this further?
