do you ever worry about your health

i worry because i manage type 2 diabetes, i managed it well for years, but in the last year ive gained a bit of weight back, after losing nearly 4 stone years ago, i have to arrange my diabetes annual health appointment, but i am worried and frightened about doing it as i have severe health anxiety and i'm scared they'll find something wrong with me in their checks...i had my blood tests done over two weeks ago and haven't heard back...

There are some good meal plans to help reduce diabetes symptoms

I don’t have any health problems but I do tend to think of my future health now that I’m mid fifties

Yes. It try to prevent complications. Try to lead a health diet. I drink a lot of water. Don’t smoke. Rarely drink alcohol. Avoid high sodium intake. I do preventive blood tests. Control my weight. Try to work out.

Only when something scary happens. With the rest I think. "whatever will be, will be."
