@BeachGirl47 I am so sorry for your struggle. I use frozen gel eyemasks and put it under my feet for 15 mins repeat 2 to 3 times a day and my pain is reducing every day. I use frozen golf ball. You can also use a frozen beauty blender which shape like an egg.
Hopefully, I can go back to work in production again on the second week of August.

@BeachGirl47 I also sat on the gym bike. There are 2 type of gym bike. I hate the one that sit high because it hurts my sciatica.

I use this 1 at home. Maybe it also reduce my feet pain. Fitness center will have this bike.

@BeachGirl47 do your work in the warehouse or labour industry?

I am very sorry what you have been through.

Maybe Jesus is healing my feet rather than the therapies.

@BeachGirl47 Have you tried arch supports? I only found this out as the only footwear I was comfortable in was a pair of slippers which were made from moulded plastic and had a pronounced arch mound. I have been using arch supports now for 20 years and rarely get a re occurrence as long as I keep using them. They are available online about 5.99 for a flimsy insole but worth it (must be hard support not gel).
