What are the best treatments to get rid plantar faciitis?

Could someone help please? My feet have been pain since June 2023.

Have you considered rolfing? I had it done to address a shoulder issue, and the therapist noticed that I had a minor case of plantar faciitis. That was over 10 years ago, and haven't had pain in my feet since.

@BizSuitStacy I dont understand what is rolfing.

@Arrow17 Deep tissue massage.

@Nitedoc i did it. It helps with a frozen golf ball. I feel a frozen gold ball isn't enough. I need something colder like an ice ball but I can't find anything to freeze the round ice. I think I will try my beauty blender which is shape like an egg to soak it in the water and put it in the freezer.

@Arrow17 Sounds like it would work.

@Nitedoc Just going to the properly fitting shoes for my conditions worked for me. I had PF and partially fallen arches.

@Nitedoc Ok. We have Skechers here. I will go to the shop and see.

@Arrow17 I haven't looked at Skechers. Brooks makes different athletic shoes for different foot problems.
@Arrow17 Rolfing is a form of deep tissue massage, but you need to go to a therapist specifically trained for it. I've had deep tissue massage, and I've been rolfed. They aren't the same thing.
