What are the best treatments to get rid plantar faciitis?

Could someone help please? My feet have been pain since June 2023.

I had this for years and have now got rid of it.

Strengthen your calves. Press up on tippee toes…. And down. Two legs at first, then as your strength grows, one leg at time. Then do it with bent knees as well as straight, 15 reps each way. Amazing results!

@Arrow17 As others have said, cushioned insoles and ibuprofen do help, but the key is to strengthen the tendons

@m4milk Ibuprofen does not help my pain. I think I will Aleve caplets which is suggested by Dancingtongue.
