What are the best treatments to get rid plantar faciitis?

Could someone help please? My feet have been pain since June 2023.

Probably best to see a doctor rather than ask some of the Looney tunes on here? but here's some info from a reputable source (UK NHS site)

@Fluffybull Nhs is shit. The physio doesn't prescribe me any medicine. Ibuprofen doesn't help to get rid of the pain. I dont want to take Ibuprofen 3 times a day and the pain comes back again.
