What are the best treatments to get rid plantar faciitis?

Could someone help please? My feet have been pain since June 2023.

i have this from working out. you have to stretch out the fascia. take a golf ball or ice bottle of water and roll your feet over it. make sure you are wearing good shoes or you will get bone spurs. painful. i have to get shots in my feet when they get bad
