@MeowsoliniReturns i can find them locally in high-end grocers and the health food store, but i order on Amazon for best price. don't get the one with cayenne pepper. the regular daily use spray is best, imo

@MeowsoliniReturns and if you're really stuffed/inflamed, give them 3 to 7 days to show what they can do. use liberally in the beginning

@fun4us2b I am so glad you've found something thsy helps. I take medicine day and night and use nasal spray and still feel bad.
