Compassion fatigue!!

Any healthcare workers out there? How do you deal with the burnout? I'm struggling to find the motivation!

I know a few medical professionals and when it's been asked it's amounted to something along the lines of step out of your work body and leave it there

@Blazinblizzard5617 I'm not in any sort of medical career and wish I could've learnt to do that myself, supposed to be work to live. Not the other way around
