Compassion fatigue!!

Any healthcare workers out there? How do you deal with the burnout? I'm struggling to find the motivation!

I can imagine, I try to express empathy towards some of my colleagues but it doesn’t measure up to the amount of fatigue a healthcare worker experiences.

You’re saving lives for a living and I wish my job gave me that same sense of purpose!

@IamBack agreed. It does bring me a sense of purpose and of course there are good moments. But not a lot of people know how much of a thankless job it really is and that makes it hard
