The wim Hof breathing method is great, he has two free videos on YouTube that are guided breathe mediations. I'll give you the videos on order that you should watch them. Basically the gist is, you breathe from ur belly up to ur chest 30 times, then exhale about 80% at the end and hold it for a long time. You'll be able to hold it longer and longer but that's just the run down. It only takes ten minutes too.
You shouldn't do it in the car or work though. But I do it in the bathrooms, even public restrooms and anywhere you can sit down for a few minutes
