If it's a canker sore - or what I guess are called 'lie bumps' - on your tongue, a drop of sea breeze original is fantastic to cure it. I think it's the camphor.

@Graylight Those two are different things. It's more a lie bump, if anything. I really don't even know if it's that now i looked at it in the mirror. Lie bumps are supposed to be actual bumps that resemble a pimple but on the tongue. All i knew was if hurt, but it looks like some of the skin is kinda broken off. Maybe i bit my tongue and don't remember it? I'm not sure.

@perceptivei I know; we grew up calling then cankers, but they're actually just inflamed papillae with unknown etiological origin. Some say stress, food or hormones. They only last a day or two and again, Sea Breeze astringent will clear them up in an hour.
