Healthiest snacks?

What are the best things to have to hand when you just want something between meals, to help stop you reaching for cookies, candy, 3 burritos, a pizza etc? 🤣

I'm guessing an apple or grapes maybe? What will stop you feeling hungry? So many snacks are bread or carb based or processed.

I drink a lot of tea or water in between meals, it kind of keeps my stomach feeling full so I eat less.
