Almost there on my journey to good health.

Running and walking for the past 15 months, on a 95 pound weight loss journey, currently 11 pounds from my goal of 235 lbs. Have been as low as 220 in the past. But at this point 235 seems to be appropriate.

My recent bloodwork came back neat perfect, my kidney function was outstanding.

I have been consistent in literally getting out there every single day with walking and jogging. Anybody can achieve better health with walking, limited calorie intake and being consistent.

You can cheat occasionally and treat yourself to something nice, avoiding doing it often is key. Consistency and moderation are the keys to good health.

That’s fantastic! I’ve been working out for years, and eating healthy, but I still haven’t reached my goals. I doubt I ever will. Other than work out more, which would exhaust me, I guess exercise and diet only works for some. It used to work for me, until it didn’t. Now, I’m just on the hamster wheel. It’s good that I love my exercise, so I just keep doing it for enjoyment rather than results.

Congratulations!
