I woke up to a terrible rash

I hope all is well , pregnancy sometimes can cause that and it is nothing serious other than hormonal changes causing sensitivities previously not there,so might just need to change to some medical body wash etc. But in any case best to check it out . 🫂

Stay calm. If you know how to meditate, do it. Getting worked up and stressed out usually makes allergic reactions worse. Take a Benedryl. If the rash is BOTH itchy and painful, it might be from another cause.

Auuugh. It is almost certainly fine in the "yeah it sucks but it'll be fine" but I know you gotta be panicking at everything. Stupid brain!

Zinc is helpful for itchiness, I mean the highest percentage, the one for babies' rashes.
