Spot behind my ear.

I wish I had a significant other to pop this spot behind my ear, I just can't get a grip of it and it's been there for a while. I wonder if it'll ever go away.
I can't even tell if it's big or small, I can't see it I can just feel it. It's annoying.

@smiler2012 it's exactly that, I know it's there, I can feel it so I touch it. I give it a squeeze and find a little white stuff but I can never get it all out.
I'll be using plyers and tools soon 😂
