Anybody ever experience a stabbing pain in the calf area of the leg?

I'm gonna make a doc appointment.
I used to get the feeling every once in a while, only at night, and only in one leg. But lately, it's been every day, a few times a day.

It's a very sharp pain. It can literally give me chills.

I have not had any changes to my daily activities so i have no idea what it can be.

A leg pain that comes and goes intermittent claudication.

There are several potential intermittent claudication causes, most of which are due to affected blood flow. However, the cause may be due to something inside the artery or something outside it.

While the pain is rarely a medical emergency, you should seek immediate medical attention if the pain is severe or you don’t think you’re getting circulation to your leg.
