What are some suggestions and advice for keeping myself motivated for doing 1 hour and 30 min of treadmill daily?
How can I keep myself motivated to do this daily? Also what podcasts do you think I could listen to while I exercise? I know I could listen to music but I would get tired of that too quickly.
Please give me whatever advice you can because I want to lose weight and get fit but I am horrible at diets and portion control. So I think doing daily exercise will help me since the only problem I've had with that is lack of motivation and I'll still get to eat food I love.
