I hate having bad knees i went to stand up a few minutes ago. When i did my right knee almost buckled when i stood up now its hurting

I feel ya. I don't have bad knees but they are sore af from pushing shopping carts all day. I can barely walk now after hours of that shit in 90 degree straight sun weather
