I don’t think this if normal but I’m literally shivering

Like my teeth are clacking against one another, I have two thick blankets on me. It’s 102 degrees outside, like wtf is going on with me? I’m literally freezing.

That sounds like a fever to me. If it's that warm outside, you probably shouldn't be underneath those blankets even if you feel cold. But check your body temperature to be sure.
