drink hot water or hot mint tea . Nobody living in hot climate drinks cold drinks.

@ninalanyon with China or Asia its cultural and based that cold drinks damage your kidneys. In Africa they drink it hot , you don't sweat like a pig with hot drinks as it is with something cold.
