I've finally got a glucose monitor and have been monitoring myself for the past three days.

I learned the reason why I've been feeling sick lately. It's surprisingly NOT diabetes but rather the opposite of it and a rare metabolic disorder, nondiabetic reactive hypoglycemia. I found out my mom and grandmother have it. Basically, it's symptoms are meal induced. Eat anything and within four hours your blood sugar drops drastically. It takes me less than four hours to feel the blood sugar fluctuations and usually I feel god awful from it like today i almost passed out at Sonic waiting on my order because I skipped a meal. My body creates an overdose of insulin every time i eat that it causes a huge crash that doesn't round out my blood sugar like a normal person would...it just keeps dropping. That means I have to constantly snack, carry candy at least, and a glucose monitor as if I were diabetic and be mindful of how much of something I eat to not cause a blood sugar spike. Also, I have to workout like crazy to help manage spikes, build muscle to fat burn and exhaust all that sugar intake. Other than that, it's a little more forgiving than diabetes because I can be a foodie for anything as long as I'm mindful for managing symptoms and weight and my levels.
