I'm so tired of having asthma...

Like clockwork in the summer/spring, my asthma is chaos. I have maintenance inhalers and medication but it still happens. I get steroid shots, and that causes more issues... I am at the point where I am looking to take supplements to keep it at bay... or attempt to 😣 don't take your healthy lungs for granted...😔

I take natural vitamin with biflavanoids, zinc and Quercetin with bromelain supplements and it’s basically gone now. I still have to watch the oils I cook in or consume, olive oil, avocado oil, sesame oil for seasoning and coconut oil are good, butter is good too. The other oils are inflammatory and I can start wheezing about 30-minutes to an hour after ingesting something cooked in them.
