They can, but I've created my own specialty "live-it" plan, specifically tailored for me, so I know I'll stick with it. I feel so much better already. We are each unique and we have different medical issues, or not, and we know what feels best for our own body. I don't count calories. I don't need to. I'm not going to be chained to some routine. I'm simply eating healthy. That way it's not so stressful. I'm giving myself time to lose. As you lose, you'll get more confidence and especially do things, even small accomplishments in other things besides food. And your confidence will grow. You'll feel so much better. I think sometimes we're much too hard on ourselves and make things more difficult for ourselves.
