Why do I keep getting colds? I've had one at least once a month.

I'm pumping myself with water and paracetamol so it doesn't get too bad.

Woke up with a lymph node in my groin, right side being quite swollen so my first thought was of a tick bite. Will call the nurse line tomorrow.
