Why do I keep getting colds? I've had one at least once a month.

I'm pumping myself with water and paracetamol so it doesn't get too bad.

I know someone like that. Her immune system is weak and her blood test results confirm it. Her mom is the same way so seems like it runs in their family.

@SW-User Interesting. I'm sorry to hear that. I don't think my parents have a low immune system. At least, they don't always seem sick. My immune system used to be great, and I rarely got sick, but now, I get sick often.

@SW-User Yeash actually. I was paleo my whole life and just stopped. I still eat healthy, but have been having a lot more sugar and carbs. I still work out, but it's more difficult. I have very distrubted sleep.
