If I read your post, no it doesnt seem you have lost all sense of reality. Maybe feeling apprehensive about life and society, yes, which I think MANY of us do. Im 40 now and have nothing..I thought Id have a teaching career but it became so much. I dont have most things my peers do like a spouse , kids and their own home. I get sad. But, Im not them. And who knows whats in store for you? Anything can turn better, any day. Just remember to enjoy your moments, dont work TOO much. They say life is about our memories and at the end of our lives, we regret the memories we didnt make, not the money we didnt make or things we didnt have. Im truly trying to say yes to experiences out if my comfort zone so I dont regret a lot down the road...but its so tough with anxiety. Just know we are here to vent to 🌻
