When you last accidentally hurt yourself, how did it happen?

Yesterday, I accidentally backed in to a metal clothes rack at Walmart, scraping my right shoulder while waiting in the self checkout line. Ouch. 😑

Two months ago, went to take out the trash and a tuna lid went THROUGH the damn bag to cut me...ughh. luckily I washed it quickly, only small amount blood.

@Coralmist I always push the open lids back into the can before throwing them away mainly to avoid splitting the trash bag but for safety too.
Try that.

@REMsleep tuna cans are recyclable
REMsleep · 41-45, F
@Alisha233 I'm sorry but I already do more than anyone I know to recycle and my husband won't help me because he thinks that I don't have time for all of the washing and sorting which I don't. We have no recycling pick up in my neighborhood so I have to sort, box and drive all of my trash to the recycle center with those people finding a few items each time to throw back in my car. They don't take cans. I can't spend anymore effort to find a place for cans.
I give all aluminum cans to my mom because she takes them to the scrap yard but they don't take food cans either. So yeah not happening. Society needs to make it easier.
