Im trying a calorie deficit

Please be kind.

Here's what I've eaten the past 4 days. Is it too much? Too little?

I work out legs 3-4 days a week. Can't do anything upper body because of a surgery I had 3 weeks ago.

I think 1200 calories does seem a little low..but if you want to lose weight, I think its ok..but, if you are exercising on those days too, Id go with more around 1500 or 1600 calories..
