Anyone With High Blood Pressure?
Do you experience swelling of feet? If so how do you manage the symptoms?

I have hbp. My feet didn't start swelling until I had the heart attack and quadruple bypass. I take pills for the swelling but they still swell. I also eat blue foods that have an anti inflammatory side effect as well as enabling better control of glucose and reducing LDL. Blue berries, blue corn, blue cheese to name a few.
