Anyone With High Blood Pressure?
Do you experience swelling of feet? If so how do you manage the symptoms?

I have high blood pressure. I take a med for it. I watch my diet, no salt, and i used to get swelling in the heat and such. But, the med has helped me alot. Just go to your family doc and discuss your options .
