I love Yoga 🙏

Went back to my old yoga studio tonight after almost 2 years. After class I felt like I hadn’t been away at all. I love how yoga does that, makes you feel at home wherever you are. To top it off a beautiful woman that I hadn’t spoken to made it a point to say bye to me. What a good night 🙏

I would say at times its a spiritual experience. I won’t push it on you though even though I just want to tell everyone I pass to do yoga.
