Is your mind stable?

I have depressive thoughts all the time but it’s probably related to stress. It’s hard thinking positive most of the time. I do want to feel positive.

I feel I’m fairly resilient to stress and external pressure.

But sometimes it can become overwhelming. It’s important to give yourself space and time to do the things you enjoy. Giving yourself something positive to look forward to helps a lot, for me at least.

@SW-User I’m going to try harder to change my depressive thinking. I don’t want to live this way. It’s really hard to deal with.

@SW-User I hope you can do something about it. What are your hobbies? I think dedicating time to doing something we love is great for our mental well-being.

@SW-User I don’t have active hobbies but I can start drawing and writing.

@SW-User Those are great. Expressing our thoughts on paper can be very cathartic. I’ve heard good things from people who keep a journal on their feelings. It can clear the mind and help you focus on what’s wrong. Have you ever tried that?

@SW-User I have a journal that I use once a week. I need to use it more. The problem is I’m afraid one day someone will read it so I can’t write personal thoughts.

@SW-User I think that’s good you keep a journal. Definitely try it more often.

People should respect your privacy. You should set boundaries with people, let them know that privacy means a lot to you. Journals work best when they’re totally open and honest.

@SW-User Well, if I died or something. Things can happen and I’m not going to put my personal thoughts but I try to jot down what I think it’s safe. 👌🏼
